Munchies Simplified!

So, in the midst of the night, I bring to you, munchies simplified!

First, let's go with the
AFTER BREAKFAST SNACK

(REMEMBER, SIMPLIFIED...)

STRAWBERRY & BANANA TOAST

INGREDIENTS:

2 STRAWBERRIES
1 BANANA
2 TOASTED WHEAT BREADS
(SLICED/BAGEL)

Toast. Slice. Spread. Enjoy!

P.s... You can substitute any fruits of your choice! Have fun. Add nuts or nut butter!

Next up I give you thee
AFTER DINNER SNACK

(REMEMBER, SIMPLIFIED...)

THE FIESTY AVOCADO

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 AVOCADO
CHILI POWDER
1 SPOON

Slice. Spice. Scoop. Enjoy!

P.s... You can eat both halves and not feel guilty! I ate mine before I could get a pic! Lol Sorry. It's Sooo good!
